As executive vice president of affiliate relations, Margaret Ratcliff’s responsibilities include a broad range of program development and support efforts for Volunteers of America’s more than 30 affiliates across the country.
Ratcliff joined Volunteers of America in 1980 as associate director of Volunteers of America Greater New Orleans. Following service as president and CEO in North Louisiana, she joined the national staff in 1988 as regional vice president. Prior to coming to Volunteers of America, she served as executive director of the Greater New Orleans Area Agency on Aging. Ratcliff graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and earned a masters of social work degree from Tulane University.
